Sales Policy

This Sales Policy outlines the terms related to purchasing and subscribing to LawnHosting services operated by LawnPro Software, LLC.

1. Subscription Plans

LawnHosting offers monthly subscription plans. Plan details and pricing are listed on our Pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

2. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Payment is processed automatically via the payment method on file through Stripe.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new accounts. At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

4. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your admin panel. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Your website remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your website will be taken offline
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
  • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted

6. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you experience a service issue we cannot resolve, contact support and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Domain Names

Domain registration fees are separate from your LawnHosting subscription and are subject to the domain registrar's policies. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once registered.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. You may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
